Welcome to the Pothole Pictures Blog

This is an experiment in new ways to use the internet to further the Pothole Pictures continuous improvement program. The bad news about blogs is that they only work if people check them more or less regularly. It's possible to subscribe to a web service that emails you if there is a new posting, but I don't know how to do it yet. If I find out, I'll post the details!
The good news about blogs is that they give you an archive of the past comments that people have made, so if there is a (typically lively) discussion of a burning issue like the recent questions about Fandango and accepting or rejecting WalMart grants, you can see the whole course of the debate by looking at the blog.

In any case, it's free, and if we want to, we can even accept advertising through blogger.com and make some money, although I doubt that we would make much (I've never tried it.) I am setting up the blog so that only people I invite as contributors can post to the blog, but anyone can make a comment.

We'll see how it works.
